Policies & Notices
Policies
• A signed agreement and deposit are required to reserve your event date.
• Full payment is due prior to pickup or delivery.
• Deposits are refundable as follows:
- 21+ days before event: Full refund
- 15–20 days before event: 50% refund
- Within 14 days of event: Non-refundable
• Clients are responsible for all rental items from the time of pickup or delivery until return or pickup by Jeanie
Queenies Party Co.
• Equipment must be returned clean and in the same condition received. Cleaning, damage, late return, replacement,
or repair fees may apply.
• Adult supervision is required at all times for children’s rentals and party activities.
• Rental items may not be moved, altered, subleased, or used improperly.
• Jeanie Queenies Party Co. reserves the right to refuse setup in unsafe weather or unsafe event conditions.
• By booking, the client authorizes charges to the card on file for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or
unpaid balances if necessary.
Notices
• Outdoor setups are weather permitting. High winds, rain, excessive heat, dirt, or unsafe surfaces may affect setup
availability.
• Balloon colors and styles may vary slightly based on inventory and weather conditions. Outdoor balloons cannot be
guaranteed against popping or deflation.
• Sleepover tents, arcade machines, and party rentals are for intended use only and require proper adult supervision.
• Someone 18 years or older must be present during delivery and pickup.
• Setup areas must be cleared and ready before arrival. Additional fees may apply for delays or inaccessible setup
areas.
• Jeanie Queenies Party Co. may use photos of event setups for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in
writing.
