Rental Agreement & Booking
All rentals are subject to availability at the time of booking. A formal confirmation email will be sent once the booking fee is processed. Standard rental periods are for 24 hours unless otherwise specified in your agreement. Late returns may be subject to additional fees.
Security Deposits
A refundable security deposit is required for all equipment rentals. This deposit covers potential damages, missing items, or extreme cleaning requirements. Deposits are typically released within 3-5 business days after the equipment is returned and inspected by our team. Any deductions will be communicated in writing.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund of the rental fee, excluding the non-refundable booking deposit. Cancellations within 7-13 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event are non-refundable, though we may offer credit for future bookings under special circumstances.
Equipment Care & Liability
The client assumes full responsibility for the equipment from the time of delivery/pickup until dropped off/picked up. Please ensure all items are used as intended and kept in a secure, weather-protected area. Jeanie Queenies Party Co. is not liable for any injuries resulting from the misuse of rental items. For safety reasons, certain items require professional setup by our team.
